** OCTOBER CLASSES WILL FOCUS ON TWIRLING TASSELS AND ASSELS (yup, tassels on your butt). **
My favorite tassels come from GothFox, and you can also find them very cheap online and sometimes in adult stores. You can use toupee tape, Spirit Gum and other skin adhesives to attach pasties to your chest and booty -- don't use carpet tape or adhesives not specially made for skin.
If you don't want to go full pasties in class, get tassels from the fabric store and safety-pin them to your top about where your nipples are; I'll demo where to attach assels in class.
Wear clothes you can move in easily, saucy or sassy, or leggings and a tank. Have dance heels nearby if you want to practice with those -- high enough to feel sexy, low enough to be safe. Have water and a mat at hand.
I'm a life-long dancer who has performed Burlesque since 2010 -- after my second son was born -- and teaching since 2012. My students nicknamed me the Godmother of Glitter for helping them take their dreams to the stage, and I'd love to welcome you to ShowGirl Temple!
Ditch shame, build confidence and rule your world! These secrets helped me beat the Mommy blues, shimmy off imposter syndrome and put spice back into my life!
